Session Times

Pre-School is open for the following sessions during term time (38 weeks each academic year):

At the beginning of the afternoon session all the children sit down together in groups at a table to have a packed lunch.  Parents need to supply a packed lunch from home for their child when attending this session, please see our Food and Drink Policy for tips on what food to include in your child’s packed lunch. 

How many sessions can my child have?

We usually offer a maximum of 6 sessions per child. These can be three full days, or more spread out over the week. We allow a maximum of three morning sessions per child, but afternoon sessions are unlimited. These limits are in place to ensure that we can offer as many children in the community a space with us as possible. There may be times when it is agreed to offer more sessions, and this is at the discretion of the management team and the Trustees.

All day sessions are from 8:45am to 2:45pm. However, these must be agreed between the parent/carer and the Manager and is based on the child’s age and stage of development.
