How to join Penenden Heath Pre-School

*** PLEASE NOTE - we are full for the Academic Year 2024/25 (starting Sept 24) and are operating a waiting list***

Children may start at Penenden Heath Pre-School once they reach the age of 2 and ½ years.  Please note if you are eligible for funding from the age of 2, we have a limited number of spaces for children to join us between the age of 2 and 2½ years. Please consider whether or not your child is developmentally ready to begin with us; we have a shared space for all children age 2-4. If you are not sure, please call us on 07941055782 to discuss.

If you wish to reserve a place for your child, please complete a Registration form. It is never too early to register your child!  Once your form is received by Pre-School your child will either have a place reserved or if we are full then you will be added to the waiting list and you will be contacted by our Business Manager once a place is available for your child.

Emails detailing the admission procedure are sent out around Easter time prior to the start of the academic year.  The majority of children start at Pre-School in Term 1, September. There are a limited number of places for children to start, or increase their sessions, in Terms 2 to 3. Sessions can not be reserved for children to start, or increase their sessions , in Terms 4 to 6 as we expect to be full at this stage in the academic year. In the event that there are no spaces available for children to start in the later terms priority will be given to these children for the following academic year.

If the number of children registered exceeds the number of places that can be offered for the academic year then a waiting list is used and places will be offered according to our waiting list and admissions information which can be found in our Childcare Practice Policy.
